Our personnel
here at I.R.S. have many years experience within the North Sea offshore industry supplying
major companies such as BP, Elf, ESSO, Mobil, Norsk Hydro, Phillips Petroleum, Sega,
Smegdiv, Shell and Statoil, either directly or via their stocking agents. We are also
familiar with the urgency of this industry and will act immediatley in
"Breakdown" situations or on enquiries for equipment needed
"yesterday". For this reason we make our lead times as competitive as our prices
and continually progress orders to try to improve on lead times quoted.
Because we
negotiated discount price structures with manufactures, we can offer our customers
competative prices; but it isn't just that. We also obtain the best lead times possible
and meet them. When an order is placed with us it is progressed regularly through to
despatch and status reports are available to our customers. Our suppliers, familiar with
the service we give, know that late deliveries cannot be tolerated and penalty clauses are
enforced when deemed necessary.
Besides the
efficiency of our operation, we pride ourselves on our sourcing expertise. We leave no
stone unturned when searching for obscure or very old products and have in the past
sourced replacements for equipment obsolete for many years and considered to be
irreplacable. We are particularly experienced in the filtration field and consider
ourselves second to none when it comes to providing to right filtration equipment for the
job.
We have an
excellent frieght service and can ship supplies anywhere in the world direct to you the
customer at very competitive rates or alternatively, delivery to your appointed agent. We
can consolidate orders for regular customers and ship up to twice weekly, providing
considerable savings on frieght costs.
We hope you will
give us the oppertunity of quoting against any enquiries you have, so that you can compare
our services. Select the link below if you would like to place and order or would like
